How Does It Ship and Will it Arrive Fresh?
Every order is delivered overnight, packed cold to arrive at peak freshness. Refrigerate it as soon as it lands.
How Should I Serve It?
Keep it simple. Caviar is beautiful over warm blinis with crème fraîche and chives, on soft scrambled eggs, on a salty potato chip, or straight from the spoon. Use a mother-of-pearl, bone, or glass spoon - never metal, which can dull the flavor.
How Long Does It Keep?
Unopened and well chilled, enjoy it within 60 days of delivery. Once opened, finish within 2–3 days and keep it over ice or in the coldest part of your fridge
Whats the difference between imperial beluga hybrid and royal kaluga?
Imperial Beluga Hybrid is a cross of Beluga and Sterlet sturgeon — large pearls, buttery and refined, inspired by traditional Beluga.
Royal Kaluga is prized for its rich, silky character. Both are clean, delicate, and never fishy.
Which size should i choose?
Self-Care (50g) for one to two, Date Night (125g) for two to three, Brunch (250g) for four to six, and Soirée (500g) for eight to ten. When in doubt, size up - it disappears faster than you'd expect
